Raw Carrot Salad

Raw Carrot Salad for long term health…

Balancing Hormones, Cleansing the Colon,

and Freeing the Womb

One of my favorite simple daily rituals is this bright orange beauty: the raw carrot salad. I keep jars of it in my fridge, ready to grab, and I eat it alongside almost everything. It’s light, crunchy, and deeply cleansing.

If you’ve been feeling extremely fatigued lately, or struggling with cystic breasts, heavy or painful menstrual periods, it might be time to add this all-natural remedy to your medicine bag.

Food as Medicine

This isn’t just about nutrition. It’s a daily detox, a balancing act for the body and womb.

What Makes It So Special…

Raw carrots are rich in a special type of fiber that binds to excess estrogen and toxins in the colon. Over time, this fiber helps pull them out of the body instead of letting them get reabsorbed. That’s powerful, because most of us are exposed to too much estrogen from our environment without even realizing it.

These hidden hormones are called xenoestrogens. They’re chemical compounds that act like estrogen in the body, found in plastics, pesticides, beauty products, and even some foods. When they build up, they can disrupt our natural hormonal rhythm, leading to symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, water retention, bloating, painful cycles, and even reproductive issues.

Estrogen Broom 🧹

When we eat a raw carrot salad every day, we’re giving the body a gentle, consistent way to remove these excess estrogens and support the liver’s natural detox process.

How It Works

After food leaves the stomach, it moves through the intestines where bile (from the liver and gallbladder) helps break down fats. Estrogen is also excreted through bile. When the colon is sluggish or low in fiber, some of that estrogen can be reabsorbed into the bloodstream instead of leaving the body.

Raw carrot fiber helps prevent that by binding to the toxins and old bile, sweeping them out through the stool. It keeps the colon light, clean, and moving. When the colon is clear, it takes pressure off the womb, which means less inflammation, less bloating, and more energy.

When you start eating it daily, you may notice:

  1. Less bloating and water retention

  2. A flatter, lighter stomach

  3. Fewer cramps or PMS symptoms

  4. More energy and focus

  5. Better digestion and elimination

You’ll also likely feel a deeper connection to your body’s rhythm. As the colon clears, the liver relaxes, the womb lifts, and hormones begin to rebalance themselves.

Spirit + Science

This simple salad is more than food. It’s medicine from the earth.

Scientifically, it binds and removes estrogen, toxins, and endotoxins that can disrupt hormonal balance. It supports the gut microbiome and helps prevent constipation, which means less waste pressing down on the womb.

Spiritually, it’s about returning to simplicity. Root vegetables like carrots grow deep in the soil, connected to the Earth’s grounding energy. Each bite helps you root back into your body.

✨ Eat your raw carrot salad every day. It’s one of the simplest, most loving things you can do for your body.

Green Juice

Green Juice For Breakfast…

Clearing the Colon, Freeing the Womb

Our elders believed in cleaning out the colon for every problem. Women should do the same to promote womb wellness
— Queen Afua

When we rise in the morning during The Sacred Release, our first act of devotion is tea with ceremony. A moment of stillness, intention, and connection. But when the sun comes up and our bodies would normally call for breakfast, we choose instead the deep medicine of green juice.

🌿 This is more than a physical reset. It is also an energetic one.

Green Juice to the rescue!!

Why? Because the first step to womb wellness is colon wellness.

The colon carries years of hardened debris from foods that did not serve us: processed foods, heavy meats, dairy, and more. The colon is not smooth like a pipe. It has grooves, folds, and bends. One of the most important parts is the transverse colon, which stretches across the abdomen. Over time, as it becomes weighed down with debris, it begins to sag. That heaviness presses down on the womb and steals the spaciousness the womb needs to be vital and alive.

To understand how this happens, it helps to know a little about digestion. When food is broken down in the stomach, it becomes chyme, a semi-fluid mass of partly digested food that passes through the duodenum, the first section of the small intestine. There, the liver produces bile which is stored and released by the gallbladder. This bile mixes with the chyme, allowing fats to break down and preparing the waste to eventually form into stool. Over time, stool that is not completely eliminated can lodge itself into the grooves of the colon. This is where hardened debris forms, layer upon layer, slowly weighing down the transverse colon and pressing onto the womb.

Green juice, along with fasting and cleansing practices, helps to loosen and release this old debris. As the intestines lighten, the transverse colon is lifted and relieved, and the womb gains space to breathe, expand, and heal.

During this 21-day release, as you replace breakfast with green juice, you may notice:

  • The stomach bulge you have battled begins to flatten.

  • Inflammation subsides as dairy, meat, and processed foods are set aside.

  • Your lymph nodes, no longer overworked, bring renewed energy and lightness.

  • The colon clears itself with the support of enemas, salt baths, and hydration, lifting weight off the womb.

This is more than a physical reset. It is also an energetic one.

Green is the color of the heart chakra. It is also the color of Earth’s love, expressed through fruits, vegetables, and living plants. Every sip of green juice is like drinking in Mother Earth’s “I love you.” It is liquid light, chlorophyll, and love energy flowing through your body. By taking this in, you open the heart to release, to give love, and to receive love more fully.

🌱 Science Meets Spirit

Green Juice: Liquid chlorophyll from plants that acts like an internal rinse, softening old debris so it can leave the body.

💚Heart Chakra Connection: Green is the color of healing and love.

That is why we make green juice our breakfast during the Sacred Release. It clears the colon, frees the womb, reduces inflammation, and nourishes the heart. Some may choose to have a green salad later in the day, but in the morning, it is all about the juice. Pure, vibrant, cleansing, and alive.

This practice is a first step, but it is a powerful one. When the colon is cleared, the womb is lighter. When the womb is lighter, the spirit is freer.

✨ Drink your green juice at sunrise. Let your colon release, let your womb open, let your heart remember love.

When society gets it wrong.

When society gets it wrong.

What do you do when you feel like you can’t go on?
When you feel like the entire world is crushing in on you?

You light a candle and breathe.
You breathe.
Your breath is enough to remind you that you are enough.

This world, or the society that seemingly runs it, can make one feel like a fucking failure. Like every move you make is the wrong one. But the truth is, they’ve got it all wrong. You are perfect just the way you are. You were not made for society, and society was never created for you.

So I stop trying to measure up to whatever the fuck society wants, and I fully embrace me… my dark eyes, my loud weird laugh, the way my brain works… all of it.

It is who I am and who I’m supposed to be.
If it doesn’t align with you, society too damn bad. You’re missing out on a good time.

I withdraw myself from the pressures of society. I go within, I find who I am, and I love her some more. I give her the undivided attention that she is due, and I love on her some more.

So no, I’m not going back to school to please you.
And no, I’m not going to fix the way I talk to make you feel comfortable.
And no, I won’t proclaim a god I don’t know just so you can feel better about appeasing the people you must appease.

I fully embrace what I love, the things that make me smile, sigh, and giggle: the incense, the pretty crystals, the nice-smelling candles, and the plants that talk back to me. I will surround myself with colorful tarot cards and read more books about my ancestors and, and, and…

Society, I’ve had enough of your “shoulds” and “should-nots.” Kiss my rear end, respectfully.

I allow myself to breathe into myself, to expand, and to grow wildly. exactly as life intended.
