Welcome
Welcome to The Sacred Release, a 21-day journey of womb healing, soul remembering, and feminine embodiment.
This is not just a cleanse, but a homecoming. Together we move in rhythm with the sacred spiral, releasing what no longer serves and returning to ourselves.
My hope is that this journey blossoms into women’s circles that continue locally and across the globe, weaving us together in healing and remembrance.
In softness and love,
Mari

Breath, Stillness & Sustenance
-
Breath & Stillness
Breath is the bridge between body and spirit. In this journey, explore Triangular Breath (inhale, hold, exhale equally), Circular Breath (a smooth tide), the Physiological Sigh (two short inhales, long exhale), and deep belly breathing. Alternate nose and mouth breathing to find balance or release.

Green Juice Recipe
Green juice is a cleansing elixir for both body and spirit. Made from fresh greens, it sweeps away debris that builds up in the colon over years of heavy foods. As the colon clears, the transverse colon lifts, releasing its weight from the womb and creating space for healing. During the Sacred Release, we drink green juice in place of breakfast, reducing inflammation, lightening the womb, and opening the heart to love and renewal.

Herbal Tea and Yoni Steam Guide
This lesson is a sacred return. Through yoni steaming or herbal tea, you come back to your womb, your rhythm, and your inner knowing. Each sip and each breath of steam invites softness, release, and remembrance. Let the plants guide you home.
-
Raw Carrot Salad Recipe
Learn how a simple raw carrot salad can naturally balance hormones, cleanse the colon, and support womb wellness. This daily detox recipe binds excess estrogen, removes toxins, and promotes better digestion and cycle health — a gentle ritual for energy, clarity, and feminine healing.
-
Grounding Okra Stew
Rich in fiber and plant oils, it soothes the intestines, reduces inflammation, and supports healthy elimination. Okra’s natural mucilage gently coats the gut, helping to clear toxins and create space for hormonal balance and womb wellness.
Enjoy this stew as an evening meal during the 21-Day Sacred Release to ground your energy, replenish minerals, and bring warmth back to the body after deep cleansing. It’s slow nourishment that reminds you to root, rest, and receive.” 🌿✨

About your guide…
Hi, I’m Mari! Most know me as Mary. I created The Sacred Release after beginning my own practice of healing and reflection in October 2023. What started as a personal journey of listening to my body and spirit grew into something I knew I had to share. I’m not here as a guru, but as a woman walking this path right alongside you.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve longed to be part of a diverse women’s circle—one where women from all walks of life come together with honesty, vulnerability, and realness. My hope is that in these spaces we can see ourselves reflected in each other, while also realizing the beauty of the earth and our place within it. The Sacred Release is my way of opening that circle and inviting you in.
